Yes, you can sign up and design and export trial cards for free. Trial cards carry a watermark; credit packs remove it when you are ready to print.
What size is a standard ID card?
The standard ID card (CR80) is 86 × 54 mm (3.375 × 2.125 in). IDCardGen uses this size by default, in vertical or horizontal layout.
Can I add a QR code or barcode?
Yes. Add a QR code or barcode element and link it to a column such as Roll No. or Employee ID — every card gets its own code.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The ID card maker works in your browser. If you prefer working offline, there is also a free Windows desktop app.
